Sales Reps

Hi Tech Payroll is a full service payroll bureau which started out serving the New York Metro area and has since expanded to many states beyond that point. Our sales reps are seasoned professionals with experience in selling professional services to businesses, and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. In fact, we have many clients that were referred to us by one of our very pleased customers, who shared with them the advantage of outsourcing payroll with us.

We are now hiring sales reps in New York as well as in other areas. Applicants who wish to join our team must have the following requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience selling professional services.
• Businesslike and professional appearance.
• At least 2 business references.
• Some payroll experience or an ability to learn the basics.

The sales rep’s responsibilities include:
• Getting new clients on board.
• Utilizing a web based referral page to transmit the required company and contact information.
• Follow up visits and phone calls.

Hi Tech Payroll’s in-house administrator will contact those prospects and attempt to close the sale over the phone. If this attempt is not successful then the sales rep will be asked to make additional visits to the client in order to close the sale.
